I had a fender bender involving a collision with my garage. I have an older car, so I didn't want to have a new bumper put on and put alot of money towards it. I met with the company for an estimate, and they said I would have to have a new bumper put on. I told them my situation, and they listened and helped me fix the cosmetic damanges to a great improvement. The completed product was more than I expected. The company is not out to make a quick dollar from their customers, but rather they listen and provide great customer service. They have won me over and will have my business whenever I need it. Fair prices and friendly people - I had a great experience and recommend this place highly.

My family and myself have used this company many times over the years for our collision repairs. They have always gone above and beyond to provide me and my family with top quality work and customer service. One person even came to my mother's home to assist her with a concern, would Maco do that? I doubt it! The shop is as clean as it gets. The attitude is "can-do". I will always use QCR for all vehicle damage repairs. I always recommend them to others, I think that says it all.

It was a friendly atmosphere and things were handled efficiently. I was happy with the work done on my car. If I ever need this kind of work again I would be a return customer.

We had a vehicle repaired here in December of 07. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone there was polite and took excellent care of us. All of the paperwork was completed and they also dealt with the insurance company. They even had it ready a day or two ahead of schedule. Our truck looks terrific and we were more than satisfied! I would highly recommend this collision repair shop.

I had my vehicle repaired at Quality Collision Repair, they did an excellent job. My vehicle looked great and was detailed for free. The office staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I read the previous ratings on this site and think they are off base. This is an excellent company to deal with.
